Matthew has been responsible for shaping management processes that have scaled the company for growth and geographic expansion, beginning with the opening of 百家乐软件’s Maine office, followed by those in Connecticut, New York and Washington, DC.
Matthew, together with his brother Anthony, company CEO, has established 百家乐软件 as an industry leader in construction site safety, management best practices, workforce development and wellness programming that have led the company to be recognized as a top place to work for over a decade. A deep commitment to the people who are a part of the 百家乐软件 family is clear in all Matthew does, from the focus he brings to recruiting, developing and growing our teams to celebrating staff contributions.

Matthew’s dedication to giving back and caring for community is seen in his own personal projects, including volunteer work rebuilding earthquake-damaged Haiti.
